Eisenwald Decaying Kingdom is a cinematic 3D game trailer created as part of a university group project. I led the project as director and primary animator, handling character animation, environment design, camera work, lighting, rendering, VFX, and colour grading. The trailer depicts a climactic bridge confrontation between a knight and his ancient enemy. Collaborators contributed motion capture data and Houdini-based crowd simulations. This project showcases my ability to lead a full animation pipeline and deliver a visually engaging narrative scene, blending technical skill with cinematic storytelling.

I’m incredibly proud of how the final trailer turned out. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that pushed my creative and technical skills across every stage of production. Leading the project allowed me to take ownership of the cinematic vision and ensure consistency throughout animation, lighting, and post-production. Collaborating with teammates on motion capture and simulation enriched the workflow and elevated the final piece. The result is a polished, atmospheric trailer that effectively captures the mood and tension we set out to achieve. It reaffirmed my passion for cinematic storytelling and strengthened my confidence as a lead animator.
