Designing Process

I used Adobe Illustrator to create different graphic design pieces to showcase on Instagram. I mostly used the shape tools; image trace, and the pen tool to create abstract shapes.

The Top graphic

I had first started off with researching Japanese cultures as I had made a graphic of a Japanese women. I enhanced the background using items from their cultures which added meaning and depth to the graphic.

The Bottom two Graphics

I had first started with gathering reference material of different landscapes and sunsets. For sunset graphic I various abstract shapes that resembled hill tops and added gradient orange and reds to them, this mimicked a sunset. To create the bottom graphic, I simply made rounded out shapes to mimic mountains, adding different shades to achieve depth, I then added trees; a big on in front of us for depth and perspective.
